Welcome to Photo Upload
This system will allow you to upload and crop your own photo for use on your student ID card.
This photo will also be kept on your student record for the duration of your studies at University College Falmouth.
Before you begin the upload process, you will need your student code to hand. This is the 7 digit number included in the email sent to you with the link to this page. You will need to log in using this number.
Rules for uploading images
Please use an image which is a true likeness of you, clearly showing your head and shoulders, as you would for a passport.
Please do not:
- wear sun glasses or otherwise obscure your eyes or face
- wear a hat or head covering unless for medical or religious reasons
- include anyone else in the photo
- upload obscene images, copyright protected images or images which are not of you
Failure to comply with these rules will result in your photograph being rejected at the time of printing and could delay production of your card.
Once an image is uploaded it cannot be changed, unless in person at University College Falmouth, once term has started. Please take care to select an image you are happy with.
